The MLM Marketing Habit That Will Make Potential Customers Run

If you are like me, you are active on several forums and blogs across the internet.  The nature of this lends itself to the Carp of the MLM marketing world.  What I mean by this is I am getting unsolicited emails every hour from people pitching me on their opportunity or some super duper, next best thing, take over the world, product.  The carp have gotten my email from one of the places I frequent and are Spam, Spamming the heck out of me and everyone else whose email address they can get their hands on.

NOW HEAR THIS: If you never want to make a dime with your MLM or sell affiliate products, do what the carp do.  Newsflash – Beep, Beep: The carp wouldn’t know internet marketing if it walked up to them and knocked them out.  If you are friends with some of these bottom dwellers, do yourself a favor and break away and learn some REAL marketing skills.  When you acquire the skills and are creating an income go back to your carp friends and show them the light.

Now that I’ve bashed over 50% of the people on the internet do things the wrong way the good news is there is hope (Not Obama’s kind of HOPE).  There is a plethora of great internet marketing courses online.  Some of the best are Mike Dillard’s Magnetic Sponsoring and Traffic Formula 2.  If you are serious about building and online MLM lead generator, then you will want to invest in yourself and purchase the courses (links to these can be found on the of this page for these courses and others I use and like).  These courses are laid out in a manner that even the greenest internet marketer (<- this was me not long ago) can follow them.

Another option to making yourself a game fish and not a carp is to get a coach or mentor.  There is a whole slew of people claiming to be the greatest coaches in history, but you can weed through the good ones and the phony’s fairly quickly with some research.  One of the first things that I did when I began my journey was to get a mentor.  I happened across a training course with some of the best search engine optimization (SEO) guys in MLM marketing.  Their course was interactive and presented in a way that even this construction worker could figure out.  No matter who you use to mentor you, be sure they are the real deal and not out to just take your money.

Well, the choice is up to you.  You can continue to be a carp and never ever experience anything that even resembles success in your MLM or you can take some advice and instantly set yourself above 75% of the people you are competing with by getting some training.  Be an MLM marketing hero, not a zero.  People are attracted to those who provide value.  Do this and you will find yourself in the 3% of successful people in this business.
